Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and user manuals.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once you receive a return confirmation from our team, pack the item carefully in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges
